Factors affecting customers' adoption of fintech in the gulf cooperation council countries

Abstract: This study examines the factors affecting customers' adoption of fintech in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Based on fintech adoption models, a conceptual framework was developed and extended to include COVID-19 situational influences.
