Factors Influencing the Formation of Human Resources

Abstract: The article investigates the main factors affecting the process of forming human resources. We consider the definition of enterprises' labor force, systemize impacts on the formation of human resources according to their level of appearance (the factors that occur at macro level and factors that occur at the level of microsystem), investigate the factors influencing the performance of each employee in the organization, propose questionnaire to assess satisfaction of employees and determine their motivational p… Show more
