Fairly and Justly? Are Employment Tribunals Able to Even Out Whistleblowing Power Imbalances?

Abstract: In Britain, Employment Tribunals (ET) adjudicate on whistleblowing legislation. They do so with the overriding aim to adjudicate cases fairly and justly, by hearing parties on an equal footing.
