Abstract: AbstrakKinerja perawat berpengaruh langsung terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptifkuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor-faktor motivasi kerja dengankinerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit X.
