Abstract:Objective Torsion of the fallopian tube during pregnancy is infrequent and difficult to diagnose. Prompt diagnosis and treatment can avoid not only permanent damage to the tube but also obstetric complications. We report on a laparoscopic technique for the treatment of fallopian tube torsion in the third trimester of pregnancy.
