Far-field scattering control of wave based on all-dielectric blazed encoding metagrating

Abstract: Coding metagrating metasurfaces can realize flexible and effective control of polarization, amplitude, and phase of electromagnetic waves. The coded metagrating builds a bridge between the physical unit structure and the digital coding, and can realize the digital coding calculation processing of the physical device.
