In some studies, no significant difference was found between the gender variable and social appearance anxiety (Amil & Bozgeyikli, 2015;Baltacı, 2010;Çakmak, 2018;Çakmak &Sakarya, 2020;Çetinkaya et al, 2019;Dinç Altun, 2016;Eriş and İkiz, 2013;Ko, 2010;Mehtalia and Vankar, 2004;Özge, 2013;Şahin, 2012;Şahin et al, 2013;Şimşek and Koçak, 2019;Teachmann and Allen, 2007;Trekels and Eggermont, 2017;Yüceant, 2013). The social appearance anxiety scores of the Social Sciences High School students are significantly higher than the social appearance anxiety scores of the Vocational High School students.…”
