Fatigue in Multiple Sclerosis

Abstract: Background: Fatigue is the most commonly reported symptom in multiple sclerosis (MS). Purpose: This brief narrative review addresses the clinical features, pathophysiology, and management of MS fatigue, as well as the varied approaches to its definition and measurement.
