Fe0-activated persulfate-assisted mechanochemical destruction of expired compound sulfamethoxazole tablets

Abstract: Sulfamethoxazole (SMX) and trimethoprim (TMP) in compound sulfamethoxazole tablets (CSTs) can be degraded effectively by the Fe0-activated persulfate-assisted mechanochemical process.
