Feasibility study of stem-cell enriched autologous lipotransfer to treat oro-facial fibrosis in systemic sclerosis (Sys-Stem): Protocol for open-label randomised controlled trial

Abstract: Highlights Oro-facial fibrosis presents a significant disease burden in systemic sclerosis. There is currently no treatment available for oro-facial fibrosis. Autologous fat grafting is a novel therapeutic method for oro-facial fibrosis.
