Abstract:In 47 young athletes with sinus bradycardia, levels of MB-creatine phosphokinase (MB-KFC) activity in blood serum and the state of the main spectral parameters of heart rhythm variability were studied. It has been stated that in asympatikotinic vegetative dysfunction the decrease in energy exchange is accompanied by bradycardia of an unstable character. Stable bradycardia, combined with high energy availability, is inherent in athletes without dystonia of the vagotonic type.
