Female genital mutilation: Experiences, attitudes and perceptions of Somali female students living in Turkey

Abstract: Purpose This study aimed to investigate the experiences, attitudes, and perceptions of Somali female students regarding female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C). Design and Methods One hundred seventeen Somali female students participated in this qualitative study. The data were collected in semi‐structured focus group interviews.
