“…The next day morning culture media from the plate was replaced with fresh media. Cells were pretreated with plant fractions at different concentrations (0, 0.5, 5, and 50 μg/ml) and incubated for 12 h before the cells were exposed to 100 μM H 2 O 2 for next 12 h. After 24 h of the total incubation period, cell viability was evaluated by MTT assay (Kalita et al, 2015; Kalita S. et al, 2016; Kandimalla et al, 2016b).
