Fibromyalgia in patients with migraine: A literature review in the last 20 years

Abstract: IntroductionPossibly fibromyalgia and migraine share similar pathophysiological mechanisms, generatingan imbalance of neurotransmitters involved in pain modulation, with increased neuronal excitability.
