Abstract:This paper firstly gives the understanding of financial subsidy, then introduces the experiences of low-carbon financial subsidy in the developed countries and the status of low-carbon financial subsidy in China, and last it puts forward the suggestion for low-carbon financial subsidy in China, such as the links and the direction of subsidy, a short-term policy instead of a long-term policy choice, the boundary of subsidy policy, and standards for the approval of new-energy projects.
