Fixed Manpower Reduction Analysis to Reduce Indirect Cost of Ship Production

Abstract: In the shipping industry, especially shipyards which are used for building and repairing ships, a lot of labor is required. Due to a lot of labor, of course, makes the salary component to be a fairly large cost component in the company.
