Resonant photoemission experiments ͑Sinkovic et al, 1997͒ reflect the presence of local-moment polarization in the high-energy spectrum above the Curie temperature in nickel, while the low-energy ARPES investigations ͑Kreutz et al, 1989͒ results in nonmagnetic bands near the Fermi level.…”
