Fly Ash Utilization Analysis as A Substitute of Cement in Cement Treated Base (CTB)

Abstract: Cement Treated Base (CTB) is a pavement layer located between the sub-base and surface layers. This pavement layer uses fine aggregate (sand) and cement as a binder.
