Cooperative learning in physical education not only promotes the overall development of students, but also lays the foundation for lifelong learning and sustainable development from the perspectives of cultural integration and social responsibility. This study examined students’ physical, social, emotional, and cognitive outcomes on the one hand. On the other hand, it focuses on the potential of cooperative learning to promote cultural diversity and personal responsibility. A systematic literature review of 50 articles selected according to the PRISMA guidelines revealed that the focus of CL applications varied according to the age of the students and multicultural contexts. At the micro level, physical and social domains were emphasized, while cognitive domains received less attention. CL was found to benefit motor skills (coordination, flexibility, strength) in students of different ages, to reduce negative emotions while promoting social skills and teamwork, and to improve cognitive skills and memory in junior students. At the macro level, CL can help students to improve self-reflection, reduce negative behaviors, and increase personal responsibility and cultural integration. The focus of researchers from different countries reflects educational philosophies and cultural differences, increasing the flexibility and universality of CL.

Research aims to identify impact of multi - resistance exercises program on some physical variables and level of performance among two runners of activities of short Sprint Effectiveness 100 meters through use of new methods and means in sports training that helps improve some physical and motor capabilities and level of performance. researchers used experimental curriculum, and researcher was chosen by research sample in intention of (18) runners from Basrah Governorate clubs in activities of microscopic, 100 meters, youth category (16) years, results of research showed that multi -shape resistance exercises have a positive impact on level of achievement in two distances of distances short, which was represented in physical variables and level of achievement, and that re are differences between two groups (experimental and controlled) in changes of physical capabilities and level of achievement, as experimental group that used program of multi -resistance training (experimental) has surpassed control group that used program (classic) most important recommendations were: Take advantage of training program in terms of multiple forms of resistors to develop level of achievement in activities of short sprint 100 meters. It is important to focus on enhancing the physical abilities of young individuals during their developmental phases by utilising various types of resistance training. This is because it has a beneficial effect on improving their overall performance level. Conduct further studies that replicate the existing research methodology, with resistors that are distinct from the ones now being used.

The Effect of Psychological Skill Training Program and Positive Feedback on Handball Player’s Self-Efficacy Beliefs and their Shot Accuracy

Background. Recent research has revealed the importance of psychological skills training and various physiological exercises to improve sporting performance. In light of all these facts, knowing that psychological skills training is necessary to improve sporting performance, and knowing the importance of the psychological performance program to develop these skills and ensure the control and stability of emotions, particularly in adolescence, led to the emergence of this study. Objectives. This study aimed to understand the effect of 10-week psychological skills training and positive feedback on handball players' self-efficacy beliefs and shot accuracy. Methods. Thirty-eight female handball players aged between 15 and 19 were included in two study groups and one control group. Whereas the first study group received psychological skill training, the second group received planned positive feedback and psychological skills training. The data were collected through a personal information form, a self-efficacy scale (fivepoint Likert-type scale), and a shot accuracy measurement scale. Then the pretest-posttest controlled group patterned model was used to determine the differences between the groups. GraphPad Prism 8 was used for statistical analysis with the conventional method. Results. 10-week psychological skills training increased the self-efficacy performance of young handball players in both study groups compared to their pretest results (P<0.01), and the increase was significant in study group 2 compared to the control group (P<0.01). The results also showed that the psychological skills training increased the performance of the shot accuracy of the handball players in both study groups compared to their pretest results. Still, the increase was significant in the study group receiving positive feedback (P<0.001). Moreover, the increase in the shot accuracy test performance of the positive feedback-receiving group was higher than the control and non-receiving group (P<0.01 and P<0.001, respectively). Conclusion. In conclusion, this study determined that the psychological skills training program increased the handball players' self-efficacy and shot accuracy. Positive feedback strengthened the effect of the training even more on the self-efficacy beliefs and shot accuracy performance of the young athletes.
