Formation and Properties of Chalcogenide Glasses in the Cu-Sb-S System

Abstract: A new series of chalcogenide glasses in the Cu 2 S-Sb 2 S 3 system was prepared by a conventional meltquenching method. The glassy nature of prepared compositions was proved using X-ray diffraction analysis. The homogeneity and microstructure were evaluated using FE-SEM.
