The article presents a theoretical review of relevant sources on the topic in question and, consequently, formulates the basic principles, obstacles and guidelines for developing grammatically correct speech in preschoolers. The article contains the author’s linguodidactic model for developing grammatically correct speech in preschoolers, as well as pedagogical conditions for its implementation: ensuring the interrelation between the perspective trends in learning, speech activity and speech experience of children; developing preschoolers’ grammatical skills using the specially developed methodology; teaching preschoolers the rules of morphology and methods of word-formation in language lessons; applying different effective forms and methods of organizing learning and speech activity for preschoolers. The article proves that the consideration and implementation of these factors have contributed to developing the suggested linguodidactic model for developing grammatically correct speech in preschoolers. It has also allowed one to create and practically implement it within the framework of the quasi-experimental educational process. The article indicates certain noticeable shifts in children with high and sufficient levels in all parts of the language being analyzed. It indicates that mastering the methods of word-formation as a means of enriching vocabulary helps preschoolers to learn the rules of form change and word-formation. Besides, the article has proved the effectiveness of targeted development of grammatically correct speech in preschoolers. The article may be of interest to university teachers and theorists in teaching East Slavic languages as native (at the beginning of their study) or as foreign.

A sign of the humanization of the modern pedagogical process is a profound change in its organization, primarily in creating conditions for the formation of a holistic personality of the child. The method of forming speech activity of children with autistic disorders of senior preschool age can act as an organizational and pedagogical system, which includes the functioning of specific conditions: organizational and pedagogical (the main of which - the creation of educational and corrective and communicative environment); general didactic (continuity, stages, system in the content of the formation of speech activity); technological (pedagogical and speech therapy diagnosis - starting and finishing - of the child as a basis for organizing the formation of speech activity of children with autistic disorders of older preschool age). Among the auxiliary conditions can be distinguished cognitive, creative, and communicative. Taking into account the peculiarities of mental, emotional, communicative, and speech development, we anticipate that the level of speech activity in children with autistic disorders will increase under the conditions of implementation of our methodology, and providing selected psychological and pedagogical conditions will accelerate and optimize this process.

The article actualizes the problems of grammatically correct speech formation in preschool children. The conditional standard of norm of mastering by the child of preschool age of a native language is revealed.With the help of longitudinal and scientific research of well-known Ukrainian and foreign authors on the formation of grammatically correct speech in preschool children, which cover all ages and the whole grammatical structure of speech (morphology, word formation, syntax) the current results and valuable experience of the process of speech formation of children of early and preschool age are highlighted. The appropriate use of the term «genesis» of the grammatical structure of the language of a preschool child is proposed, which refers to the appearance, development and formation of this process in children. The so-called «free» or unstimulated speech of preschoolers, depleted in their vocabulary and grammatical forms, is mentioned. The importance of controlling a child's speech by an adult and the use of effective means of stimulating is emphasized. Attention is paid to the problem of formation of grammatical structure of language in preschoolers, which is relevant for adults to understand for the development of children's speech. An attempt is made to generalize the genesis of children's speech and identify stages of speech and speech development of preschool children. The results of the author's researches of children on the material of stimulated and unstimulated speech on the example of adjective adverbs are demonstrated. The importance of further study of the functional aspect of the formation of grammatically correct speech and the disclosure of language and speech potentials of children is emphasized.
