-The importance of geo-ecological studies is confirmed by an insufficient readiness of methodological approaches and conceptual bases of research of geo-ecological factors of innovative development of industrial clusters at the market transformation stage of the Russian economy, the analysis of regularities, factors and mechanisms of state regulation of "external effects" of economic growth. Along with it, the impossibility of direct borrowing of ready forms and institutes of government regulation of geo-ecological factors of innovative development in industrial clusters used abroad increases the importance of carrying out similar researches in Russia. So, technological and economic potential of Kuzbass -the most agglomerated industrial cluster of Western Siberia, Russia -should be used for investment in researching of transition to green economy and environment-saving mining, metallurgy and organic chemistry. The most perspective way of initiating geo-ecological development of industrial clusters is its neo-industrialization. It means modernization of raw-material industries on the new technological bases.

-Hydraulic backhoes are widely used in Kuzbass (Western Siberia, Russia) because the level of coal loss during their operation is much lower compared with traditional quarry excavators -shovels. However, one of the mining enterprises' designing problems is insufficient consideration of technological possibilities of this type of equipment, which leads to additional losses of coal and economic effect reduce. This article presents an approach to adaptation of the slope height considering the capabilities of backhoes in seam extracting which can sufficiently decrease coal losses and intensify open pit mining. This approach is based on a system of mining and geometrical calculations, allowing carrying out an accurate selection of equipment and technology to adapt the use of hydraulic backhoes to minimize coal losses.

-Hoists are equipment with unsteady service. Due to this, there is a considerable dynamic loading on the hoist and its elements, sometimes involving failure of equipment. On the other hand, technological development is going on. Modern control elements are widely used to realize economic and comfortable driving behavior. In this work the review is given of using modern technology with regard to reducing loads on crucial components of the hoist in order to prolong lifetime or to get a more economic design. The article presents the calculations in order to optimize the load of the hoists (lifting machines) proposed for different modes of their use. These calculations can be used to construct the braking hoisting units of a new design.
