Methodological Bases of Advanced Geo-ecological Problems Resolving in Neo-industrial Clusters

Abstract.The most important issue of scientific and technological progress is considering the environment challenges of industrial development. It means that the progress must be ecologically oriented and environmentally friendly. The most adequate concept for the approach to the issue of "man -society -nature" relations is the ontology of the noosphere -the idea of a common space for human beings and nature. It presents an ideal example of an optimistic attitude towards the coordination between accelerating the scientific and technological development and natural resource saving. However, to maintain the balance between human needs and environmental processes determined by this concept, it is essential to include the lean production training into technological development of society.

Intensive mining in the Kuzbass region (Russia) and high environmental impact imply the development of both energy saving and environmental saving technologies. One of the directions is the decrease in the use of heavy vehicles via the non-transport flat seams mining. At the same time to increase the efficiency of the draglines operation, it is necessary to have information about the internal structure of the breakdown rock mass formed by the explosion of high (H ≥ 30 m) ledges. The drilling and blasting parameters used (especially the slope of the boreholes) give a fundamentally different structure of breakdown rock mass: with vertical boreholes, a more homogeneous structure of breakdown is observed than with the use of inclined ones. At the same time, when using inclined boreholes, a more suitable breakdown profile is formed to accommodate the draglines.

Abstract.To determine the rational order of disk tools placement on the working body is necessary to know the maximum amount of rock, destroyed by the disk tool in benching cutting mode depending on the tool geometry parameters, physical and mechanical parameters of rocks. The article contains the definition of rational parameters of cutting disk tools as well as power and energy parameters of the destruction process by cutting disks and by executive body of the coal cutter. The rational geometric parameters of cutting discs are specified. It was found that each step of cutting with a minimum depth of penetration has its own maximum height of bench outcrop. The dependence of the volumes of large items destroyed by the disk tool on the cutting step height was determined. The existence of the cyclic alternation of destruction phases, regardless the fracture parameters, the height of the ledge outcrop, and tools like free cutting geometry were found. In contrast to the free cutting in benching mode of destruction two large fragments of rocks in one cycle were observed. Consequently, the cyclical nature of the destruction process in the benching mode will be characterized by two chips and crushing, and this cycling repeats throughout the destruction process with the same parameters of destruction.
