Abstract: Mit 5 AbbildungenPatienten bluten nach einem Sch/~deltrauma relativ h/iufig aus lVlund un4 Nase. Die Blutungsquelle ist meist in oberfl/tehlichen Schtirfungen der Nasenschleimhaut (Locus Kisselbaehii) oder in Nasenbein-und Schadelbasisfrakturcn zu suchen. Diese Haemorrhagien bieten in der Mehrzahl der F/~lle therapeutisch keine Schwierigkeiten. Sic stehen entweder spontan oder k6nnen mittels Tamponade, Koagulation oder notfalls durch Ligaturen der A. earotis externa oder der Aa. ethmoidales beherrscht werden.G… Show more
