Four‐wavelength DBR laser array using selective MOCVD growth

Abstract: A four‐wavelength DBR laser array, fabricated using selective metalorganic vapor‐phase epitaxy (MOCVD) growth, has been developed as a light source for a wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) system.
