Abstract:This paper reports a rare case of fracture-dislocation of the hamatometacarpal joint. A 25-year -old right-handed man was involved in a fistfight and struck a wall with his left fist . He was examined at our hospital 5 days after injury and found to have swelling and tenderness in the vicinity of the fourth and fifth CM joints.
