The learning process that is integrated with technology requires teachers who are able to integrate professional skills, pedagogical abilities, and technology in learning. This study uses a content analysis of a number of SCOPUS indexed articles that have been published throughout 2020 with the main focus of the study being TPaCK. This study aims to inform the diversity of research types, research designs, subjects, subjects, data collection instruments and data analysis techniques. The results revealed that the most dominant types of research were quantitative and R&D. In addition, research design methods that are becoming a trend are R&D and survey research. Popular research subjects and subject matter are students with a subject or major in Science and Physics. The most commonly used instruments are questionnaires and tests. Meanwhile, the most widely used data analysis techniques are percentage, n-gain, paired sample t-test and descriptive analysis. In addition, it was also found that several researchers used the same research design but different instruments and data collection. Based on the results of this study, several recommendations have been proposed for future researchers that support TPaCK as the main focus. Some of these recommendations include increasing the diversity of types of research and choosing the right method in conducting research.

Pembelajaran abad 21 menghasilkan peserta didik dengan karakteristik 4C (Critical thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creatitivity). Pembelajaran fisika mempunyai peranan dalam menunjang keterampilan abad 21. Buku sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran yang masih d igu nakan membutuhkan pemahaman mengenai konten materi, teknologi dan tahapan pendagogis yang dirangkum dalam kerangka kerja TPACK (Technological Pendagigical and Content Knowlegde). Metode penelitia n yang digunakan adalah Penelitia n dan Pengembangan dengan model Dick and Carey. This developmental research had developed two applicablecurious note programs (CNPs) worksheets for quantifyingstudent performances in designing experiment on newton law’s of gravity. This study involved fourdevelopmental proceduresof Thiagarajan’s 4-D model. The CNPs worksheet was pilot tested in 3 groups of students at Yogyakarta’s public school. It included 22 students for the pilot group and 60 students for the implement group. Our initial step of this developmental project had designed applicable CNPs worksheet based on acceptable CVI values, reliable measured results, and positivefeedbacks from the user in both worksheets. Using this instrument, this study had revealed some interesting findings that our participants still discovered some difficulties in performing this kind of scientific abilities. Meanwhile, this study has recommended CNPs worksheet for the physics education communities as a convincing tool for measuring students’ ability in designing physical experiment.
