“…A piston dynamics model considering surface roughness was established by Ricardo-Pisdyn software. Results show that appropriately increasing the depth of the cavity and optimizing the clearance can significantly reduce the cumulative wear load of the piston and improve both its friction and wear performance [ 10 ].
