Full-field ERG and visual fields in patients 5 years after discontinuing vigabatrin therapy

Abstract: Vigabatrin attributed visual field constriction and reduced ff-ERG responses remain several years after discontinuing vigabatrin therapy, indicating drug-induced permanent retinal damage.
