Abstract:Gonadotoxic side effects of antipsychotic agents are known to cause serious disturbances in both germinative and endocrine testicular functions. The hormonal activity of the testes undergo undulating changes whereas the germinative function progressively decreases from the onset of neuroleptic therapy.
