This paper proposes a novel dc-dc buck converter that presents a static gain from 0.5 to 1, maintains the typical linear characteristics of the buck converter and reduces the voltage stress on the power components. The proposed converter is composed by a switched capacitor cell that was introduced in the conventional buck converter, which results in a hybrid buck converter. A theoretical steady state analysis is presented to obtain the steady values of all capacitor voltages and the inductor current. A generalization of the switched capacitor cell is also proposed to show the extensive applicability of this structure to dc-dc stepdown voltage ranges. Simulation and experimental results are reported herein to corroborate the proposed structure and the theoretical analysis. The prototype specification designed was: 1 kW, 600 V in input voltage and 450 V in output voltage. The aim is to introduce a simple and unique tool to realize the ergonomics of man-machine collaborative research on "governance of the country". This method: First, the original text is imported, and then, a Chinese character board is generated, and then the language points, knowledge points, and original points are matched. The feature is human-machine collaboration. The result is that the Chinese character is tessellated, the Chinese chess spectrum is made, and the original chess is played. The knowledge module can be used for finishing. Its significance is: the language board, the knowledge game, and the original board game are digital, structured, and formal indirect ways to achieve automatic calculation: language points, knowledge points, and original points. The five menu-based knowledge modules of this example can be layered and distributed, and at least sixteen knowledge modules can be finished. Man-machine can be repeated calls. This is a contribution to the interpretation or understanding of texts.

This article aims to explore the question: understanding, interpreting, translating, how to resolve ambiguity? Or: how does man-machine combination resolve ambiguity? In order to focus on the essence of the problem, the method is that: target analysis butterfly model and its use cases, macroscopic analysis ambiguity model and its use cases, microscopic analysis matrix model or search model within a series of bi-list and its use cases. The result is through the three examples, from manual translation to machine translation and translation memory on view, pointed out that the fundamental way to resolve ambiguity. Its significance is that the method can be advanced to the generalized translation and corresponding interpretation and final practical understanding, the specific performance is that through man-machine collaboration, and its verifiable results with this method, we can work to resolve various ambiguities better, to ensure accurate understand, prevent and eliminate all kinds of misunderstandings.
