Part of Tirtomoyo Village is a new housing development complex on the border of Kota Malang and Kabupaten Malang. The existence of a new campus also provides new business development opportunities for the community to facilitate student needs. The conversion of agricultural land to residential land has made it difficult for residents who previously worked as farmers to find work. Social and economic disparities become new problems for the surrounding community, if there is no good cooperation and coordination between indigenous people, migrants and the local government. By using the PAR (Participation Action Research) method, youth organizations are given training to form an interior business community and encourage the emergence of creative entrepreneurs in Tirtomoyo Village. The training activities carried out are briefing with open lectures, direct training and assistance in the development of furniture and interior accessories business. The output of the activity is in the form of table furniture and shelves. From the results of this training, an interior design community has been formed in Tirtomoyo Village. The community has established a furniture production workshop and has succeeded in selling its products to the surrounding community
