Abstract: La sustitución de especies pesqueras (seafood mislabeling) ocurre cuando el nombre científico de una especie, por ejemplo, identificada mediante métodos de genética forense, no corresponde con el nombre comercial con el cual la muestra de pescado fue vendida.
