The influence of cobalt environment on the catalytic properties of Co x SiBEA zeolite in selective catalytic reduction of NO with ammonia was studied. Catalysts were prepared by a two-step postsynthesis method which consists, in the first step, of dealumination of parent BEA zeolite to obtain aluminum-free SiBEA support and then, in the second step, of contacting the obtained material with an aqueous solution of cobalt nitrate. DR UV-Vis and XPS results showed that cobalt was successfully incorporated into zeolite beta framework as isolated mononuclear Co(II). The presence of only isolated framework mononuclear Co(II) was evidenced in Co x SiBEA with cobalt content lower than 2 wt % and both isolated framework mononuclear Co(II) and extra-framework octahedral Co(II) for Co 3.0 SiBEA catalyst. FTIR investigation of pyridine adsorption revealed that the incorporation of cobalt into zeolite framework led to a creation of new Lewis acidic sites which are responsible for high activity in SCR of NO with ammonia. The catalytic activity of Co x SiBEA in selective catalytic reduction of NO with ammonia as reducing agent strongly depends on the nature and environment of cobalt in BEA structure. The single-site Co 2.0 SiBEA zeolite catalyst was the most active among tested, with maximum NO conversion about 80 % at 673 K. In contrast, Co 3.0 SiBEA catalyst containing a mixture of framework and extra-framework Co(II) had lower activity in SCR of NO process than Co 2.0 SiBEA at higher temperature due to a competitive reaction of ammonia oxidation to NO.

Cet article a pour objectif de faire l’état des recherches récentes sur l’évaluation du phénomène d’îlot de chaleur urbain (ICU), des stratégies d’adaptation et des applications territoriales pour l’aménagement opérationnel et la planification réglementaire en France. Les méthodes d’évaluation par simulation numérique sont prometteuses, car elles permettent de tester et vérifier des solutions d’aménagement et de planification variées; toutefois, elles sont peu exploitées par les acteurs de l’urbanisme. Cet article fait la revue critique des différentes études ayant évalué l’ICU par simulation numérique en France afin d’identifier les principales applications et limites de ce type d’approche pour la planification urbaine et l’aménagement opérationnel en France. Des recommandations sont proposées afin de parvenir à des mises en œuvre et des intégratio ns efficaces dans les politiques et plans de développement urbain. Les recommandations regroupent quatre aspects : 1) compréhension des besoins des acteurs de l’urbanisme; 2) choix de l’outil de simulation; 3) développement des outils et accompagnement des acteurs; 4) développement des liens entre recherche et planification urbaine. Plus précisément, il s’agit tout d’abord de mieux tenir compte des motivations et besoins des différents acteurs et des caractéristiques du territoire afin de sélectionner l’outil d’évaluation le plus adapté. Enfin, il s’agit pour la recherche de développer des outils et des méthodes permettant une meilleure traduction des connaissances en climatologie vers le langage des acteurs de l’urbanisme.

Abstract. The problem of fuzzy linguistic data is difficult to analyze. By the existing approaches are not be able to describe the data in the form of a generic figure which smooth and continuous. This is because the generalization of the problems of linguistic data in the form of curves and surfaces require a new of the models which characterized by a fuzzy linguistic. In this paper introduces new types of fuzzy spline models such as Fuzzy Linguistic Bezier and Fuzzy Linguistic B-Splines by using the definition of fuzzy linguistic control points. For the effectives of the model, some numerical examples are given at the end of this paper.
