Introduction:The study was planned in a descriptive-relation-seeking type in order to determine the relationship between the sense of coherence, prenatal attachment and perinatal anxiety levels of expectant mothers during pregnancy and the factors affecting them. Method: The research was carried out with 154 pregnant women. The data of the research; It was gathered at The hospital in Central Anatolia between December 2020 and July 2021. Research data were collected using a personal information form, Revised Sense of Coherence Scale (RECS), Prenatal Attachment Inventory (PAI), Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale (PAS). Results: It was determined that the total mean score of the RECS of Pregnants was 40,49±5,60, the total PAI score average was 38,02±9,89, and the total PAS mean score was 66,90±17,96. Sense of Coherence level of pregnant women was found to be good. No significant correlation was found between the RECS, PAI and PAS total scores. It has been found that there is a relationship between socioeconomic level and educational status and sense of coherence and prenatal attachment in pregnant women. In addition, it was determined that the prenatal attachment level of women who received support from their spouses was better. Conclusion: Pregnancy is a process that has long-term effects on the life of the newborn baby and the whole family, as well as the woman. In order to improve maternal and infant health, there is a need to identify pregnant women with poor socioeconomic status and to take necessary actions, and to raise awareness of the subject by giving trainings on the importance of spousal support to prospective fathers during pregnancy.
