Gender features of metabolic status and tolerance to physical activity in patients with acute coronary syndrome in the dynamics of rehabilitation measures

Abstract: The gender peculiarities of metabolic status were studied in patients with acute coronary syndrome who underwent outpatient rehabilitation in the day hospital. It was found that in the overwhelming majority of patients of both sexes there was not only an increase in body mass index values relative to normal values, but also the waist circumference as a sign of abdominal fat tissue deposition.
