Genomic and Haplotype Comparison of Butanol Producing Bacteria Based on 16S rDNA

Abstract: High butanol demand for transportation fuel triggers butanol production development. Exploration of butanolproducing bacteria using genomic comparison and biogeography will help to develop butanol industry.
