The issue of testicular toxicity is of growing concern as a large number of Organophosphates viz., Dimethoate (Salem, 1988), Phorate (Saxena and Sarin, 1980), Phosphamidon (Behera and Bunya, 1987), Diazinon (US Department, 1994), Malathion (Balasubramanian, 1987) and Methyl Parathion (Mathew et al, 1992;Joshi et al, 2003) adversely affect the testicular functions in experimental animals.
