“…Accordingly, gentiopicroside increased SIRT1 and decreased acetylation of NF-κB/p65 protein levels in lung tissue of OVA-sensitized mice and decreased the levels of pro-inflammatory mediators in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, thus alleviating the pathological changes in lung tissue of OVA-sensitized mice.
