“…Serbia's European Union integration processes influenced the "softening" of the borders providing the free flows of the people, goods, information and the capital, but also creating the favorable conditions for economic, political, cultural and other types of the state cooperations (Đorđević & Panić, 2004;Todorović & Tošić, 2006). The main idea of the concept of the "Euroregion," as a form of transregional connection of the European countries cross-border regions, is oriented on promotion of the common interests and living standards of the local population (Nađ et al, 2005).
