Giant Adrenal Myelolipoma Occurring in the Post-Pregnancy Period§

Abstract: Adrenal myelolipoma is a rare benign tumor, and contrary to most of the adrenal tumors it is an endocrinologically inactive tumor. Mature adipose tissue, and active bone marrow components identified during histopathological examination are diagnostic clues. They are generally small in size, and detected incidentally.
