Glomerular Permselectivity Factors Are Not Responsible for the Increase in Fractional Clearance of Albumin in Rat Glomerulonephritis

Abstract: The increased fractional clearance of albumin in nephrotic states has long been attributed to glomerular permselectivity dysfunction.
