Glutathione peroxidase-1 and klotho gene expression in acute renal failure rats and its association with creatinine and urea levels

Abstract: The main objectives of this work was to study the effect of glycerol induced acute renal injury on Glutathione peroxidase (GPx-1) and klotho gene expression which used as early indicator for acute renal failure.
