GRCBox: Extending Smartphone Connectivity in Vehicular Networks

Abstract: The low penetration of connectivity-enabled OBUs is delaying the deployment of vehicular networks (VNs) and therefore the development of vehicular delay tolerant network (VDTN) applications, among others.
