“…The silver nitrate (AgNO3) alone showed moderate larvicidal activity (Table 2). The influence of AgNO3 on larvicidal activity overcome with coupling of silver ions coated with biomolecules becomes more biocompatible (Rajput et al 2020). Silver ions coated with bioorganic compounds that makes them insight of pesticidal applications.…”

“…A separate study reported that Indian belladonna extract found magnificent reduction potential, even minimum concentration of 200 µL was enough to synthesize silver nanoparticles. Absorption peak tends to shift towards longer wavelengths with an increase in the volume of plant extract which indicated large-sized nanoparticles [165]. As concentration increases, higher numbers of stable nuclei were formed due to sufficient amount of reductants reacted with silver ions.…”

“…As the reaction temperature increases, the authors observed an increase in the intensity of absorbance peak due to an increase in the rate of formation of silver nanoparticles. In continuation, Rajput et al [165] investigated a temperature set (20, 40, 60, and 80 °C) for Indian belladonna leaf extract-mediated silver nanoparticles and found a shift towards longer wavelength in absorption peak. At higher reaction temperature, the kinetic energy of the molecules increases, resulting in faster consumption of silver ions, thus reducing the possibility of particle size growth [50].…”
