The candidate screening is an essential task in the recruitment process. It is about choosing a suitable candidate that satisfies the recruiter requirements for a given job position. The evolution of information technologies leads to an increase in the use of the recruitment web portals by the candidates that apply for the job positions published in the job boards. Thus the candidate screening process automation becomes necessary to handle the enormous volume of CVs applying for the job positions. In Information Technology (IT) domain, the technology skills are the key competencies to identify the job profile; Consequently, they have priority to the candidate screening task. In this paper, we enhance the candidate screening task in the IT field. For this purpose, we propose a fuzzy-based weighting scheme using domain ontology for Information Retrieval (IR). Experimental results on a recruiter company data show the effective results of our proposed solution.

The recruitment web platforms are a solution that has solved several problems, such as eliminating the filing of paper files to organizations, reducing recruitment time, etc. In recent years and especially with the pandemic, the job offers increased across the web with a great diversity of professional platforms and networks offering these offers. This increase in the number of job openings and the number of web platforms presents difficulties for candidates. The candidates must register and create an account on each recruiting platform. This implies a considerable waste of time for candidates to manage their accounts and to find suitable jobs according to the candidate's profile on each platform. Most recommendation systems are oriented towards the jobs platform and not towards the candidate, and depend heavily on the jobs platform. So candidates can apply on job offers specific to their specialties and skills, we propose a recommendation system for the online job offers to allow the classification of job offers to correspond to the profiles (e-portfolio) of graduates or candidates according to their skills. Our research work is carried out from extracting to calculating similarity and ranking passing by specific processing for the preparation of our data set and the classification of job offers and e-portfolios according to the skill specialty.

The serious geological hazards occurred frequently in the last few years. They have inflicted heavy casualties and property losses. Hence, it is necessary to design a geological information service system to analyze and evaluate geological hazards. With the development of computer and Internet service model, it is now possible to obtain rich data and process the data with some advanced computing techniques under network environment. Then, some technologies, including cyber-physical system, Internet of Things, and cloud computing, have been used in geological information management. Furthermore, the concept of cyber-physical-social-thinking as a broader vision of the Internet of Things was presented through the fusion of those advanced computing technologies. Motivated by it, in this article, a novel modeling and computing method for geological information service system is developed in consideration of the complex data processing requirement of geological service under dynamic environment. Specifically, some key techniques of modeling the information service system and computing geological data via cyber-physical system and Internet of Things are analyzed. Moreover, to show the efficiency of proposed method, two application cases are provided during the cyber-physical-social-thinking modeling and computing for geological information service system.
