Growth and Characterization of Electrodeposited Na 0.45 VOPO 4 ·1.58H 2 O Materials. -The title compound is prepared by electrochemical oxidation of VOSO4 in 1M H3PO4 solution to produce a deposit onto a Pt electrode (25 or 60°C, pH 1.9-2.0 adjusted with NaOH, 1.5 or 1.7 V vs. SCE). The samples are characterized by XRD, SEM, and IR spectroscopy.
