Guest satisfaction in Belgrade restaurants in comparison to large European cities

Abstract: Sažetak: Informacione tehnologije sa specijalizovanim sajtovima (Trip Advisor, Booking, Expedia…) i društvenim mrežama (Facebook, Instagram...) omogućuju turistima bolju informisanost. Restorani, kroz gastronomski deo, posetiocima ukazuju gostoprimstvo i približavaju kulturu jednog naroda.
