Abstract: ResumenEl Consejo Internacional de Archivos (ICA) designó al Grupo de Expertos en Descripción Archivística (EGAD) a finales de 2012. El ICA encargó a este grupo el desarrollo de un modelo conceptual para la descripción archivística que conciliara e integrara las cuatro normas descriptivas existentes en el ICA.
