Handicap et discriminations dans l’accès au logement : Un test multicritère sur les malvoyants

Abstract: Nous mesurons l’effet d’une situation de handicap, la déficience visuelle, sur l’accès au logement dans le parc locatif privé en Ile-de-France à l’aide d’un protocole permettant de comparer cet effet à celui d’une origine maghrébine du candidat. Entre juin et juillet 2020, nous avons répondu à 1 000 annonces immobilières, ce qui correspond à l’envoi de 3 000 messages sollicitant la visite d’un logement.
